Joao, Managing Director of PropertyHomeBuyers:

Joao has owned various companies and been active in the property world for many years. Originally in auctions, Joao is now very active helping property vendors around the UK while developing online businesses from his Central London office. Joao worked for an award winning building company overseeing 140 developments where he gained vast knowledge of property, building, evaluation and planning permission. Joao is also associated with a highly successful award winning internet marketing company and in his spare time enjoys going to art exhibitions and playing board games with friends.

Martin, Property Home Buyers’ negotiator:

Martin, Property Home Buyers’ negotiator and investment analyst, is a Qualified Certified Accountant with 17 years experience in the Consumer Finance Industry and is also a Qualified Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). Having run a large Finance department at the Mortgage arm of Citi Financial (part of Citi Group) Martin left Citi to pursue new ideas and has been full time in property for the last 2 years. Martin has two children, Natasha and Travis who take up nearly all of his spare time. Katie, Property Home Buyers’ negotiator and sourcing manager:

Katie, previously a Sales Manager for BT Plc has now been involved in property full time since September 2007. Currently Katie splits her time between the management of her own property portfolio and working with Martin as part of the sourcing team. Katie has two small children, Dylan and Megan which do keep her busy outside of the working day. Richard is a CIOB Quantity Surveyor with a wide range of experience in the Property Market gained over the last 20 years, from Property Management of £3m+ properties through to the management of facilities at Heathrow Airport.
