What About Sell and Rent Back?

As of July 1st 2009 we are no longer able to offer this service due to the forthcoming Government regulation. We are not authorised by the FSA to provide advice or services for Sale and Rent Back activities. We will pass such enquiries to Buy House, an FSA authorised firm with Interim Permission for Regulated Sale and Rent Back activities.

1.   Sell your house fast – we are still able to make outright purchases of vacant properties which can typically be done within fast timescales.

2.   We can potentially pay up to 85% of today’s value for your property if you would consider a staged payment approach. This would enable you to sell your property now with a further payment in no more than 39 months time. We have worked extensively with solicitors to agree this process so that our vendors can be safe in the knowledge that they will receive the second payment as expected.

3.
